Biography

Megan is a Litigation Paralegal working mainly in the areas of Commercial and Civil Litigation, Labour and Employment, and Child Protection. She has a particular expertise in Child Abuse Registry proceedings.

Megan graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2019. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology with a minor in Psychology.

Megan uses her considerable multitasking skills in providing detailed support and services to the Firm’s clients and lawyers. From complex multi-party litigation cases to simple employment contracts, she is involved from beginning to end. Megan assists clients by providing regular contact and updates, maintaining case calendars and deadlines, drafting pleadings, affidavits, legal briefs, and managing the litigation process. She also maintains all document production and client files, and is integral in preparing for mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials.
