Michael is an associate lawyer at Cochrane Saxberg LLP. His practice is concentrated primarily in the areas of labour and employment law, civil litigation, and Indigenous law.
Michael provides advice to clients on a variety of matters, including discipline and terminations, workplace safety and health matters, workplace policies, employment contracts, collective agreement interpretation, and human rights issues. Michael also represents clients in labour arbitrations and wrongful dismissal litigation.
Michael is an active member of the Winnipeg community and is currently volunteering with the United Way as a member of the organizing committee for the annual United Way Golf Tournament.
