Biography
Shawn Scarcello practices in the areas of Indigenous Law, Constitutional matters and Charter Claims, Civil and Commercial Litigation, and Child Protection representing clients on a variety of matters, including the following:

- Constitutional Law
- Shareholder Disputes
- Oppression Remedy Proceedings
- Child Protection Proceedings and Related Matters
Shawn also practices in the areas of labour and employment law, providing advice to employers on a variety of matters, including the following:
- Discipline and Termination
- Employment Litigation, Grievances, Mediations and Arbitrations
- Human Rights Matters, including Discrimination, Accommodation and Harassment
- Employment Standards
- Employment Agreements
- Workplace Policy Drafting
- Collective Agreement Negotiations (Bargaining), Administration and Interpretation
- Compensation and Benefit Matters
Shawn handles all manner of labour proceedings including complaints and charges under The Labour Relations Act, The Canada Labour Code, Workplace Safety and Health legislation, Human Rights legislation and Employment Standards legislation.
Shawn has successfully appeared before all levels of court in Manitoba, the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal and a variety of Administrative Boards and Tribunals, including the Manitoba Labour Board.
